Our fees are among the most competitive you will find. We aim to keep overhead low, choosing to invest in our Assessors, Reviewers and technical staff. We have a flat daily rate with no administrative, accreditation or other hidden fees. We keep our expenses as low as possible.
Our Assessors are approachable, professional and precise. You will find their demeanour helpful, positive and practical. They are not picky and will only write nonconformances and statements of fact associated with the Standard. They will not ask your employees questions off the record and will focus on the discipline and attention that you need to implement good business practice and improve your business processes. At an initial assessment, they expect your system to be new with, in some cases, limited evidence of implementation. They will look for commitment, growth and improvement as our relationship goes on and will help you perfect your business processes along the way. So, for an initial assessment, dont worry about perfection. There is no need to delay your assessment!
The registration process shouldn't be a black box. If you have questions about your management system, we encourage you to ask us! While we cannot and will not consult to you or give advice about how to implement your management system, we can tell you if your solutions will conform to the requirements of the Standards and the likely impact different types of evidence might have if found during your audit. We are the only Registrar that performs an independent review of all audit activities, including surveillance and pre-assessment audits. This independent review activity allows us to double-checks the Assessors work to makes sure the findings are reasonable, clearly and professionally written, supported with evidence and precise. This not only guarantees validity of your individual assessment, but it also keeps all of us on our toes, ensuring we operate to the best professional standards at all times.
