ANAB’s New Look — What This Means for You.

New Name, New Look for ANAB

The ANSI-ASQ National Accreditation Board (ANAB) is the organization that provides Platinum Registration with the authority to provide accredited certifications. They have recently changed their name and logo as they transitioned under a single brand.

New Rules for Symbol Use By December 2017

ANAB has also updated the rules associated with the use of their symbol.  In light of this, Platinum is in the process of updating our Client Responsibilities document to reflect these changes.  Clients will be able to find the revised Client Responsibilities document on our website in the near future.  This document will continue to be discussed and reviewed during our on-site assessments.

In the near future, Platinum will begin placing the new ANAB symbol on our certificates as they are issued and will make them available electronically to certified clients as well.  All Platinum and client certificates, documentation and electronic media containing the current ANAB logo must be transitioned to the new ANAB symbol as of December 31, 2017.  During on site assessments, Platinum will evaluate the use of the new symbol to ensure that this transition is effective.
